    MONERIS CA: Merchant has not received the Moneris Welcome Letter

    All new Merchants need to activate their Moneris e-Select Plus Account before processing into their Sage software product. And to do so, they must have both their Store ID and Moneris MID, which are both contained in the Moneris Welcome letter.
    Typically, Moneris faxes this welcome letter (also known as Co-branded Welcome letter) within a few days after account approval. At times, it takes longer than that. In which case, the merchant has the option to call Moneris at 866-319-7450 to get the store ID over the phone or even have them activate e-Select Plus for them. The process typically takes a few minutes. When calling Moneris, the merchant is encouraged to provide their DBA at the very least. In addition, they may also verify their Bank Account information.
