    Why am I receiving an "Unhandled Exception" error when processing a credit card in Sage Timeslips?


    This error typically indicates the presence of invalid characters or formatting in the transaction request. You can check this by pressing Next instead of Submit in the payment window. Please make sure there are no special (non-alphanumeric) characters in the address or name fields. Extra spaces may also cause the error.
