Description

When attempting to process a payment in Intergy, the following window appears with this error message:

Cause

This error will appear when the Merchant is using Intergy version 10.xx. with the latest version of Paya Exchange Desktop.

Resolution

The Merchant must contact Intergy Support about upgrading their Intergy software to version 11.xx.
