"UNABLE TO PROCESS" error on Recurring Transaction Summary email
What does an "UNABLE TO PROCESS" error on my Recurring Transaction Summary email mean?
This error means that there was a communication error between the Virtual Terminal and the processing system that returns approvals/declines. It does not necessarily mean that the transaction failed to authorize. If you see this message in the "Declined Transaction Summary" section of the Recurring Summary email, please contact Technical Support to help determine whether the transaction needs to be reprocessed.
