    Description

    If I add another cell phone line to their account, will I need a separate V number?

    Resolution

    No, because all lines will be processed under one Merchant ID number and will not require a separate V# for the account. All transactions will reflect in My Virtual Reports. If you would like to see a breakdown of transactions for each user, please use the link below:

    Note: Only Masterline user can view the reports for all sub users on the account.
