NACHA ACH
Description
Effective September 16, 2022, NACHA has defined a new rule regarding 'Micro-Entry' ACH transactions used for the purposes of bank account validation. Micro-Entry transactions will be required to have 'ACCTVERIFY' in the Company Entry Description field.
Paya does not require or offer a product specific to initiating Micro-Entry ACH transactions.
If you are aware of an active Merchant in your portfolio who uses the services to create Micro-Entry transactions, please contact your Partner Support Representative at partnersupport@paya.com or have the customer contact Support directly at customersupport@eftsupport.com to ensure the appropriate descriptor can be applied.
