As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing security and improving our infrastructure, Nuvei will be performing routine system maintenance on Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7, 2025, between 12:00 AM and 06:00 AM EST.

Dates: December 6 and December 7, 2025

Time: 12:00 AM - 06:00 AM EST

Impact: On December 6th, both gateway and SFTP services are expected to remain available. However, the “MyOnlineReports” site and the virtual terminal may be unavailable during this maintenance window. On December 7th, all services may be unavailable during the maintenance window.
