    Do transactions processed in Sage 50 automatically send a confirmation email to the customer?


    Sage 50 does not automatically send a bankcard order confirmation email to the customer. Although the email address information is recorded to Sageexchange.com, there is no option for a bankcard order confirmation email to be sent to the customer's email address. This is to ensure that Merchants can control the flow of information to their customers.
