How do I configure Sage One for credit card payments?
To accept credit cards, Sage One must be connected to your Paya Gateway.
After logging in, select 'Settings' and then select 'Online Payments'.
What if I do not have a Paya account?
Please press 'Get Started Now' on the 'Online Payments' page, or call 1-888-279-1440, to get in touch with a Sales Representative who can help you ensure that you receive the best possible solution for your business needs.
What does a Merchant ID and Merchant Key look like?
A Merchant ID is always a 12-digit number, for example, 123456789123.
A Merchant Key is always 12-characters long, alternating between capital letters and numbers. For example: A1B2C3D4E5F6.
What if I've lost or forgotten my Merchant ID and Merchant Key?
This information would have been sent to you in an email titled 'New Merchant Information for [Business Name]', which was originally sent when your account was created. To request a new email be sent, please submit a ticket.
I used to be able to accept credit cards through Sage Billing Boss. Can I use the same Merchant ID and Merchant Key?
Yes, absolutely! The same MID and MKEY that you used for Sage Billing Boss will work in Sage One.
