    How can I change my role maintenance permissions for the Payment Center in Sage 100?

    What are the permissions in Sage 100 for the Payment Center?


    1. You will need to be logged in as an admin in Sage 100
    2. Navigate to Modules > Library Master > Main > Role Maintenance
    3. Select the role by clicking the magnifying glass and selecting it from the list
    4. Go to the "Security Events tab"
    5. Expand Library Master

    There are two options for the display of the Payment Center

    1. "Allow User to Access Credit Card Processing Application Form"; This will display to the user the payment application form if the 'Payment Type Maintenance' is not configured for credit card processing or if they do not have access to the Payment Center.
    2. "Allow User to Access Payment Center"; This will grant the user access to log in to and use the Payment Center if the company is set up with a correct account in the 'Payment Type Maintenance' and has the correct services on their Merchant account.
