Will my customers receive an email on voided transactions through Sage Mobile Payments?
Yes, an email will be sent to your client confirming that the transaction was voided. (“Issue Refund”) Once a transaction is refunded; an email receipt will be sent to the original transaction’s email that was entered. If the client would like it to be sent to another email address, you would have to go back to the refunded transaction in your “Transaction History” and there you are able to resend a receipt to either the existing email address or another email address.
