Effective May 1st, 2023, Paya will be adding a PCI Non-Compliance Assessment Fee of $0.001 (10bps) based on your previous month's processing volume, in addition to the monthly PCI Non-Compliance Fee. This fee is only applicable to merchants who are deemed PCI Non-Compliant. To avoid this fee, please complete your PCI Certification found at www.pciapply.com/paya.
All merchants accepting card payments are required by the Card Brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) to maintain compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Merchants must ensure they have safeguarded all customer account data by achieving and maintaining their PCI Certification.
To assist you with achieving PCI-DSS Compliance quickly and easily, we have implemented an easy-to-use solution to make becoming compliant less complicated! Compliance with PCI-DSS shows you're taking the necessary steps to protect your customer's information, and they can trust you with their sensitive payment card data. The resources we offer in our PCI Compliance program will help you protect your business and maintain compliance annually.
