Description
How do I change the address that my Order Confirmation emails are sent from in Virtual Terminal?
Resolution
- Go to Configuration, Email Notifications, Credit Card Order Confirmation.
- In the From field, replace the <#merchant.email#> template with the email address that you'd prefer to use.
- Click Update Template. You will receive a confirmation of the update in the upper-right corner of the window.
- Repeat these steps to update the Credit Card Recurring Confirmation, Virtual Check Order Confirmation and Virtual Check Recurring Confirmation email templates.
