    Why does Sage Millennium say "Saving the account information was unsuccessful. Please try again or cancel"?


    Resolution

    This typically happens when saving/updating credit card data for a single customer multiple times in a short period of time. Please try updating a different customer; if the error still occurs, you may need to contact Technical Support.
