    Why am I signed out of Sage Millennium when storing a donor's credit card number?


    Resolution

    If you are signed out of Sage Millennium when saving a donor's credit card information, please try these steps:

    1. Set Internet Explorer (IE) to open Sage Millennium in Compatibility View
    2. If that does not work, please try opening IE as an Administrator
