    The Transaction Details has an option to Void the transaction due to an AVS mismatch. Could a web-paying customer see this option?


    Resolution

    Yes, Web-based customers are able to see this option.

    This is also an option you can choose to turn off. Adding “false” to the value for <PostAuthorizationAnalysis>false</PostAuthorizationAnalysis> will turn off the “Void” option on an AVS Mismatch.
