Can voids and refunds be processed in the Sage 50 software?

At this time, voids and refunds are not able to be processed in the Sage 50 software. To process these transactions, you will need to access the Virtual Terminal. Once you've selected void or refund, you will need to enter a 'Credit Memo' in Sage 50 to offset the original sale. Click on the links below to learn how to void and/or refund transactions:
