Error: “Server Error” at the login session in Payment Center

Why am I receiving a Server Error on every login attempt in the Payment Center?
Both MID and MKEY are keyed in Sage50
Verify that the MID/MKEY that have been entered in Sage50 match an existing Paya Exchange Virtual Terminal (the VT within Sageexchange.com).
Also, to access Payment Center, remember to use the same credentials you would use to log into your SageExchange.com account. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team by dialing 1-877-470-4001.
