Expiration of transactions that are in Offline Mode in Paya Mobile Payments application

Description

How long can a transaction be stored in offline mode with the Paya Mobile Payments application? Do they ever expire?

Resolution

There is no limit to how long the information can be stored before processing the transaction, they do not expire unless you delete the app from the phone. It would still be best to contact the customer(s) first and inform them of the delay in processing.
