Can I customize the Paya Mobile receipt that my customers receive?
Resolution
Yes, you can customize your receipt via our Paya mobile website.
First, go to: www.mysagemobile.com. You will be prompted for a username and password. Please use the same credentials that you use when signing into the app from your smartphone or tablet. From a home screen, go to the My Account tab and select Edit Email Receipt to make changes to your current receipt.
