How do I locate a transaction inside the Payment Center?

Resolution

From the navigation bar within the dashboard of the Payment Center, click "Payments", then select "Search." From the search window screen, enter the details and choose your preferred date range to retrieve one or multiple transactions at a time. To view more information about a particular transaction, click the reference number in the left column of the search results page:
