Attaching a file to a ticket is a great way to avoid the uncertainty of faxing. To attach a form to a ticket in our secure self service portal, follow the instructions below.
Sign in to the self service portal.
Include the appropriate information on the ticket.
Under the Options heading, you will see Attachment.
Browse for the file on your computer. The file will upload after you click Finish at the bottom of the ticket.
You can attach up to 10 files to a single ticket.
