Why isn't the Total field on my Virtual Terminal transaction page updating?

Resolution

The Virtual Terminal (VT) transaction page has fields for Subtotal, Tax, and Shipping, the sum of which is calculated by the Total box:

If the total field fails to update, it is typically because the amounts are being copied and pasted from another program that is including hidden formatting or special characters. Please try refreshing the transaction page, then manually typing in the same numbers.
