Resolution

Processing credit cards through Sage Millennium requires version 7.9 or above.

Functionality

• Vault request - Customers' credit card information can be securely saved as a 'GUID' for future processing
• Update GUID (Standalone) - Quickly and easily edit stored credit card information.
• Update GUID (via a Transaction) - Simultaneously process a transaction and use that customer's information to create or update a GUID.
• Process a Sale (via GUID) - Charge a credit card by referencing a GUID, eliminating the need to handle credit card data directly.
• Process a Credit (via GUID) - Issue a refund to a customer, via their GUID.
• Process a Void - Unsettled transactions can be voided from the software.
