Error: Authorization date has expired when invoicing orders

    Description

Why am I receiving an "Authorization Date has Expired" error message when I try to invoice orders placed from my online store?

    Resolution

This error message may indicate that the postback service within the Virtual Terminal is not enabled or correctly configured. To confirm and/or edit this setting, please begin by signing in to your Virtual Terminal. Navigate to the Shopping Cart menu and select Configuration, then select the Configuration tab.

Please confirm that the 'Enable Postback Service' is checked. For the PostBack URL, please enter 'http://www.businessvision.net/edge/paymentgateways/sageexchange/postback.asp' and remove the single quotation marks.

Press 'Update Configuration' to save your changes.
