    Description

    Why am I receiving a server error on every login attempt in Payment Center?

     

    Resolution

    Verify the MID/MKEY entered in Sage 50 matches with an existing Paya Exchange Virtual Terminal (the VT within Sageexchange.com).

    Also, to access the Online Payment Center, remember to use the same credentials you would use to log into your SageExchange.com account. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team by dialing 1-877-470-4001.
