    INTERNAL: Why do I see an Authorization Code for a Refund in mReports?

    Description:

    TSYS Class A terminals, and possibly some VARs, are now obtaining authorization from issuing banks when issuing refunds to credit cards. This is to comply with Visa PRA requirements. This means that you may see refunds in the Authorization logs in mReports. Unfortunately the transactions will appear identical to sales until you click the Account Number (card number) to view the details.

    Check the value for Proc Code. If it starts with 20, then the transaction is a refund.
