Why am I receiving a server error on every login attempt in Payment Center?
- Both MID and Mkey are keyed in Sage 50
Verify that the MID/MKEYthat are entered in Sage 50 and match an existing Paya Exchange Virtual Terminal (the VT within Sageexchange.com).
Also, to access the Online Payment Center, remember to use the same credentials you would use to log into your SageExchange.com account. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team by dialing 1-877-470-4001.
