    Account Changes

    Lots of great changes are underway at Paya! Our rebrand is more than just a name change! We are improving by installing a new phone system, Ticketing System, Knowledge Base and Chat. Our new platform will feature Chat Bots which will provide guided help so you can find information quickly and easily. You will no longer need to log in to search knowledgebase articles. These exciting enhancements will create a more robust, customer-centric experience.

    As a valued customer, we wanted to make you aware of an important change that will impact you. Our email addresses. We are consolidating our email workflow from nearly 100 email addresses down to less than 10. This change will make doing business with us easier. Starting May 14th, 2018, emails sent to Sage.com or Sagepayments.com will no longer be delivered.  Our phone and fax numbers will remain the same.

    In the near future, our new phone system will have the ability to recognize incoming calls from numbers that we have on file. This new feature will help you get to an agent much faster, so we can immediately access your account, saving you precious time.  We are working to update our customer’s phone numbers. If you call in, you will likely be asked to verify and confirm your phone number on file. Your patience and cooperation is appreciated. This important step will help us provide you with a better experience as we launch on our new platform.
