    Sage Exchange Desktop 2.0 installation failure


    After completing the first part of the Sage Exchange Desktop 2.0 installation:

    The following error window will appear during the second part of the Sage Exchange Desktop 2.0 installation. This error occurs when there is no active internet access on the computer or server you are installing to.


    Verify if the merchant is able to browse the internet.

    If not, the merchant will need to check their internet cable/WiFi connections to their router/network and also confirm the internet service is available.

    If yes, the merchant may need to review the internet security settings (firewall/ security application) on that computer or server.
