Error: Processing Error

Description

Why do I get a Processing Error when processing a transaction in the Virtual Terminal?

Resolution

"Processing Error: There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed. You may contact technical support for more information. In addition to this message, an administrative email has been sent to technical support for analysis."

This error is typically caused when special characters are entered in the transaction information, usually in the Order ID or Address fields.
