Yes, you can easily re-open your merchant account if it has been closed for less than six months. Please submit a ticket and we will gladly reactivate your account. 

Accounts closed longer than six months cannot be re-opened and a new Merchant Account Application will need to be submitted by a Sales Representative. Please call us at 1-(800)-652-2370 to speak to a live representative during our normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST/EDT.
